Bishkek, Jan. 10, 2021. /Kabar/. As of 2 p.m., the turnout at Kyrgyzstan's early presidential elections made 18.56%, at the referendum - 18.55%, Chairwoman of the republic's Central Election Commission Nurzhan Shaildabekova said at a press conference.

Thus, following are data by regions:

- in Bishkek city - 17,5%;

- in Osh city - 23,31%;

- in Dzhalal-Abad Oblast - 19%;

- in Issyk-Kul Oblast- 21,86%;

- in Naryn Oblast- 20,42%;

- in Osh Oblast - 18,59%;

- in Talas Oblast - 17,52%;

- in Chui Oblast - 15,59%;

- in Batken Oblast - 19,77%.

The head of CEC added all polling stations abroad were opened, except for Washington, D.C., which will open at 7 p.m. Bishkek time.

A total of 10.1% of registered voters voted abroad. As for the referendum, a total of 18.55% of voters voted.
