Bishkek, July 19, 2024 . / Kabar / . Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov laid flowers at the Independence Monument in Tashkent's Yangi Uzbekiston Park as part of his state visit to the neighboring country.
The monument was erected in 2021 to mark the 30th anniversary of the country's independence. The monument reflects the deep history of the Uzbek people, images of famous statesmen, military leaders and scientists.
In the front part of the monument there is a blue dome, and under the dome there is a relief wall chronologically describing the three-thousand-year history of the Uzbek people.
The relief wall summarizes the deep history of the Uzbek people dating back to the times before our era.
