Total volume of trading on EAEU stock markets reaches USD 14.4 tn

Bishkek, Feb. 3, 2022 . / Kabar /. According to the results of 2021, the stock markets of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) continued to grow.

The EAEU press service reported that the total volume of trading on stock markets of the Union reached $14.4 trillion and increased by 8% compared to 2020.

The greatest growth was observed on the stock markets of Kazakhstan. A decrease in total trading volume was observed in the stock markets of Armenia and Belarus.

Trading volumes on the largest commodity exchanges reached $27.5 billion and increased by 50%. Leaders in trading were oil products.
