Volume of foreign mutual trade of Kyrgyzstan amounted to USD 8.3 bln

Bishkek, Nov. 11, 2022. /Kabar/. The volume of foreign and mutual trade, according to preliminary data, in January-September 2022 amounted to $8.3 billion, Deputy Chairman of the National Statistical Committee of KyrgyzstanBakytbek Shokenov told at a briefing.

He said that compared to the same period last year, it increased by 1.3 times.

He noted that export supplies decreased by 38.8%, while import receipts increased by 1.8 times.

“The volume of mutual trade in goods of the Kyrgyz Republic with the EAEU member states in January-September 2022, according to preliminary data, amounted to about USD 3.1 billion and increased by 30% compared to the same period last year.

The largest share of the republic's mutual trade with the EAEU member states fell on Russia (70%) and Kazakhstan (27.6%),” he said.
